STATIONERY DESIGN

With wedding ceremonies held in 2 separate hometown cities, I created this unique wedding stationery set for my best friend and her husband. Honoring both locations while keeping the invite on one card, it was designed with a split layout. Both ceremonies were held in art deco style venues so geometric shapes and patterns were brought into each piece of this set along with gold foil.

While working for Amsterdam-based advertising agency, Lemon Scented Tea, I designed their business card and letterhead set. A supporting set of blind emboss stamps were also designed. This allowed for cards and letterheads to be updated often without the need for reprinting multiple designs.

My Brother’s Wedding.

One of the most special projects I’ve worked on is the wedding stationery for my brother and his wife. My brother proposed in Kyoto, Japan, and so I illustrated foliage from trees native to that region. The changing colors of the leaves signify spring for when the save-the-date cards were sent out, and autumn for when the actual ceremony took place. As a final touch, I created bride and groom characters using their favorite animals and applied them to a custom stamp.

These are some samples of custom stationery created for a variety of Lucky Brand Events.
