HMCMNG MMXXI

For 2 consecutive years, I branded and led the design, photo and video teams for VideoAmp’s annual company summit, HMCMNG. Over 300 of us joined in-person at The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas for 4 days of event programming.

To watch the full event recap video and read about what it was like to reunite post-lockdown, please read the official event blog post.

I could not have accomplished this immense project without the dedication and support from my partner-in-crime, Kaleho Naki and the Station 22 team.

HMCMNG MMXXI was the first time that VideoAmp reunited after the pandemic. The event’s brand evokes celebration and with a nod to the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas.

I named this event HMCMNG, because it’s the one time during the year that VideoAmp brings employees from all 6 offices together. HMCMNG yields a sense of pride, unity and bonding for employees much like high school and college homecoming events.

Not only was an entire conference floor of The Cosmopolitan Hotel transformed for the multi-day event, the closing party was held at Marquee nightclub where custom designs were applied to the floor-to-ceiling LED screens, DJ booth and the club’s interior surfaces.

Event merchandise was designed and gifted to employees through the launch of an e-commerce store, The Drop Shop, during HMCMNG MMXXI. These items were designed to include company mantras and were inspired by streetwear clothing collections.
